Pripremanje:

➩Sve dobro promiješajte i iz dobivenog tijesta oblikujte male žemičke.

➩Žemičke postavite na lim za pečenje 8 obložen papirom za pečenje.

➩Na temperaturi od ca. 180 °C pecite po prilici 30 minuta.

Količina tijesta dovoljna je za nekoliko limova 8.

Puslice (Baiser)

Sastojci:

•1 bjelanjak

•sol

•45 g šećera

Pripremanje:

➩Hlađeni bjelanjak umetnite u zdjelu za mije- šanje, koja nije zamaštena. Ne smije biti umije- šan žutanjak, jer u protivnom masa neće očvrs- nuti.

➩Bjelanjak tucite na maloj brzini, kako se ne bi stvorili preveliki mjehurići u snijegu od bjelanjka.

➩Dodajte sasvim malo soli.

➩Polovicu šećera postupno dodajte, kada masa počne očvršćavati.

➩Zatim na najvećoj brzini tucite, dok masa sasvim ne očvrsne.

➩Dodajte ostatak šećera. Na taj način će masa za puslice dobiti potrebnu čvrstoću.

➩Masu za puslice umetnite u vrećicu za brizganje sa velikim ispustom u obliku zvijezde. Iz malog rastojanja brizgajte rozete ili druge oblike pus- lica na lim za pečenje, koji je prethodno obložen papirom za pečenje.

➩Automat za grilanjei pečenje predgrijte na ca. 100° uz cirkulaciju toplog zraka.

➩Puslice pecite na srednjoj šini i na temperaturi od ca. 100° uz cirkulaciju toplog zraka u tra- janju od ca. 2 sata.

➩Pladaj za pečenje 8 i rešetke grilja 7 očistite sa vodom i deterdžentom. Tvrdokorna onečišćenja pustite da se namoće. Isperite ostatke deterdženta sa bistrom vodom.
