• | Fit to Paper | Selecting this check box causes the printed |
| image to be resized automatically so it matches |
| the size of the paper being printed on. |
• | Scaling | Specify the zoom ratio or enlarging or reducing |
| the print image, in the range of 25% to 400%. |
Note
If the paper size you select is not currently loaded in the machine or Manual Feed, the machine will display a message prompting you to add paper to Tray1, Tray2, or the manual feed port, and enter into a standby state.
If you select Fit to Paper while the setting you specified for Original Document Size does not match the paper size specified by the application from which you are printing, the machine will use the paper size specified by the application.
(3)Copies
Type a value or click the arrow buttons to specify the number of copies you want to print, in the range of 1 to 999.
Note
Specify “1” for the Copies when OHP interleaving is enabled.
(4)Collate
Use this setting when printing multiple copies of the same document to specify whether printing should be performed by printing each copy of the document individually, or if all copies of each page should be printed as a set.
• | Uncollated | Select this setting when you want all copies of |
| each page are printed as a set. If you have “5” |
| specified for Copies, for example, this setting |
| would print five copies of page one, followed by |
| five copies of page two, etc. |
• | Collated | Select this setting to print each copy of the |
| document separately. If you have “5” specified |
| for Copies, for example, this setting would print |
| the document from the first page to the last page |
| five times. |
