ThisKrell producthasa limitedwarranty=offive yearsfor partsandlaboroncircuitry. Shouldthis productfail to per- format anytimedudngthewarranty,Krell will repairit at no costto theowner,exceptassetforth in this warranty.
Thewarrantydoesnot applyto damagecausedby acts of Godor nature.
Thewarrantyonthis pageshall bein lieu of anyotherwar- ranty,expressedor implied,including,butnotlimitedto, any impliedwarrantyof merchantabilityorfitnessfor a particular purpose.Thereare nowarrantieswhichexceedbeyond thosedescribedin this documentIf. this productdoesnot performaswarrantedherein,the owner'ssoleremedyshall berepair.In noeventwill Krellbeliablefor incidentalor con- sequentialdamagesarisingfrompurchase,use,or inability to usethis product,evenif Krell hasbeenadvisedof the possibilityof suchdamages.
Proofof purchasein theformof a bill of saleor receipted invoicesubstantiatingthat the unit is withinthe warranty periodmustbepresentedto obtainwarrantyservice.The warrantybeginsonthe dateof retail purchase,as notedon thebill of saleor receiptedinvoicefromanauthorizedKrell dealeror distributor.
Thewarrantyfor Krell productsis validonlyin thecountryto whichtheywereoriginally shipped,throughthe authorized Krell distributorfor that country,andat thefactory.There mayberestrictions onor changesto Krell's warranty becauseof regulationswithin a specific country.Please checkwith yourdistributor for a completeunderstandingof thewarrantyin yourcountry.
If a unit is servicedbya distributorwhodidnot importthe unit, theRmaybea chargefor service,evenif the product is withinthewarrantyperiod.
FRightto thefactoryis yourresponsibility.Returnfreight withinthe UnitedStates(U.S.A.is) included the warranty. If youhavepurchasedyourKrell productoutsidethe U.S.A. andwishto haveit servicedat the factory,all freight and associatedchargesto the factory areyourresponsibility.

Krell is notresponsiblefor anydamageincurredin transit. Krell will file claimsfor damagesasnecessaryfor unitsdam- agedin transitto thefactory.Youareresponsiblefor filing claimsfor shippingdamagesduringthe retumshipment.
Krell doesnot supplyreplacementpartsand/orproductsto the ownerof the unit. Replacementparts and/orproducts will befurnishedonlyto thedistributorperformingserviceon this unit onanexchangebasisonly; anypartsand/orprod- uctsreturnedto Krell for exchangebecomethe propertyof Krell.
Noexpressedor implied warrantyis madefor anyKrell productdamagedby accident, abuse,misuse,natural or personaldisaster,or unauthorizedmodification.
Anyunauthorizedvoltage conversion,disassembly, componentreplacement,perforation of chassis,
updates,or modificationsperformedto the unit will
voidthe warranty.
Theoperatingvoltageof this unit is determinedbythe fac- tory andcanonlybechangedbyanauthorizedKrell distrib- utoror at thefactory. Thevoltagefor this productin the U.S.Acannot.bechangeduntil six monthsfromthe original purchasedate.
In theeventthat Krell receivesa productfor warrantyser- vice that hasbeenmodifiedin anywaywithoutKrell autho- rization,all warrantiesonthatproductwill bevoid.Theprod- uctwill bereturnedto odginalfactorylayoutspecifications the owner'sexpensebeforeit is repaired. All repairs requiredafter theproducthasbeenreturnedto originalfac- tory specificationswill bechargedto thecustomer,at cur- rentpartsandlaborrates.
