3Press or repeatedly until appears next to Delay Fax.
4Press .
appears next to Delay Current.
5Press .
6Enter the time and date you want to send the fax.
•Use the arrows to navigate to each box.
•Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM, or 3 for 24-hour mode.
7Press to save your settings and exit the menu.
8Enter the fax number.
9Press Start Black to send your fax at the designated time.
Memory Full
If applicable, to reduce memory use:
•Print pending received faxes.
•Send fewer pages.
Lower the fax resolution.
1From the desktop, double-click the Productivity Suite icon.
2Click Fax.
3Click Manage fax history or All-In-One fax settings.
4Click the Send tab.
5From the “Send fax with this print quality” area, select a lower print quality.
6Click OK.
Note: The lower fax resolution becomes the default setting for all faxes you send or receive.
7Resend the fax.
Removing and reinstalling the software
If the printer is not functioning properly, or if a communications error message appears when you try to use the
printer, you may need to remove and reinstall the printer software.
1Close all open software applications.
2Disable any anti-virus programs.
3Click Start  Programs or All Programs  Lexmark 7300 Series.
4Select Uninstall.
5Follow the instructions on the computer screen to remove the printer software.
6Restart the computer before reinstalling the printer software.
