Note The mobile phone will work with the PC / PDA properly only when the serial port settings on both the PC match with the baud rates set on the phone.

Enable QNC (Menu )

This option enables Quick Net Connect(QNC) mode. If this mode is enabled and you use dial-up data, the phone tries to use circuit-switched data service rather than packet data service. The data speed for QNC is limited up to 19,200.You can dis- able QNC mode by choosing any option of Data Baud menu.

Security (Menu )

1)Lock Mode (Menu )

Keeps your phone from unauthorized use. Once the phone is locked, it is in restricted mode, until the lock code is entered. This will allow you to receive phone calls and still make emergency calls. The lock code/password on your phone is 0000 by default. If you need to modify the lock code, you may modify it using the new lock code within the security set menu.

1.From the Settings menu, select Security.

2.Press Lock Mode.

3.Enter the four-digit Lock Code.
