Recording Your Test Results
Your ONE TOUCH® BASIC® System Kit comes with a Logbook that you can use to keep a permanent record of your test results, along with information on diet and medication.
If you run out of space in your Log- book, you can get a new one from your Authorized LifeScan Distributor, drug store, or directly from LifeScan.
