VENT RISER KIT

VRK5/10

NOTE: This kit has been designed and certified for use with a Cozy gas baseboard heater only. Use only factory supplied kit and components.

WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL IN WINDOW WELL OR BELOW GRADE WHERE WATER MAY ACCUMULATE. MUST NOT TOUCH THE GROUND!

STEP 1.	Install Cozy gas baseboard heater per
STEP 2.	installation instructions.
	Check that the air intake pipe extends
	1-1/2” past the outside wall and the vent
	exhaust tube extends 2-1/2” past outside
STEP 3.	wall. See Figure 1.
	Place the mounting plate over the air
	intake tube and slide back flush against
	wall. Mark the location of the six
STEP 4.	mounting holes on wall. See Figure 2.
	Drill the six mounting holes. Depending on
	wall material, install anchors (not
STEP 5.	provided) if needed.
	Secure mounting plate to wall with screws
STEP 6.	(not provided).
	Place the vent riser kit over the vent
	exhaust tube, slide back into position and
	secure to mounting plate with screws
	provided. See Figure 3.
