The Auto-Tune plug-in is a precision instrument for controlling pitch, allowing you to apply nuances of intonation to virtually any performance. This plug-in is an implementation of the Antares Auto-Tune pitch correcting software for the Mac and PC. It employs state-of-the-art digital signal processing algorithms to continuously detect the pitch of a periodic input signal (typically a solo voice or instrument) and instantly and seamlessly change it to a desired pitch (defined by a number of user-programmable scales).
