WHO IS COVERED?
You must have proof of purchase to receive w arranty service.
A sales receipt or other d ocument showing that you purch ased the
product is considered proo f of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Warranty coverage begi ns the day you buy your product. For 9 0
days thereafter, all par ts will be repaired or replaced f ree, and
labor is free. From 90 days t o one year from the day of purchase,
all parts will be rep aired or replaced free, but you pay for a ll labor
charges. After on e year from the day of purchase, you pay fo r the
replacement or repair o f all parts, and for all labo r charges.
All parts, inclu ding repaired and replaced par ts, are covered only
for the original warr anty period. When the w arranty on the
product expires, th e warranty on all replaced a nd repaired parts
also expires.
WHAT IS EXCLUDED?
Your warranty does not cover:
• labor charges for inst allation or setup of the produ ct, adjustment
of customer controls on t he product, and instal lation or repair of
antenna systems ou tside of the product.
• product repair and/ or part replacement bec ause of misuse,
accident, unauth orized repair or other cause no t within the control
of Magnavox.
• reception problems c aused by signal conditions or ca ble or
antenna systems ou tside the unit.
• a product that requires m odification or adaptatio n to enable it
to operate in any countr y other than the countr y for which it was
designed, manufa ctured, approved and/or aut horized, or repair of
products damaged by t hese modifications.
• incidental or conseq uential damages result ing from the product.
(Some states do not a llow the exclusion of incident al or
consequential dam ages, so the above exclusion may no t apply to
you. This includes, bu t is not limited to, prerecorded m aterial,
whether copyrighte d or not copyrighted.)
• a product used for commerci al or institutional pur poses.
WHERE IS SERVIC E AVAILABLE?
Warranty service is av ailable in all countries whe re the product is
officially distr ibuted by Magnavox. In countri es where
Magnavox does not distri bute the product, the l ocal Magnavox
service organizat ion will attempt to provide ser vice (although
there may be a delay if the app ropriate spare parts and t echnical
manual(s) are not read ily available).
MAKE SURE YOU KEEP...
Please keep your sales rece ipt or other document showin g proof of
purchase. Attach i t to this owner’s manual and keep bot h nearby. Also
keep the original box and p acking material in case you ne ed to return
your product.

express warrant y. But, because some state s do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warr anty may last, this li mitation may not
