droite (dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre) jusqu’a ce

que la chaine s’applique sur la face inferieure du rail.

ContrBle de la tension de la chaine

Continuer a relever la pointe du rail-guide de la chaine et

 

O@(& bloquerlesdeuxecrousdefixation (G/1) aveclaclecombinee.

-Une tension correcte de la chaine est realisee lorsque la chaine s’applique sur le rail inferieur et qu’elle peut encore &e legerement 6cartee du rail-guide a la main.

-Ce faisant, le frein de la chaine doit &re libere.

-Contr6ler continuellement latension de lachaine, les chaines neuves ayant tendance a s’allonger.

-Par consequent, verifier souvent la tension de la chaine le moteur etant arr6te.

REMARQUE:

En pratique, on devrait utiliser alternativement2 a 3 chaines de sciage.

Pour atteindre une usure regulieredes rails, on devra retourner le rail-guide de la chaine tors du changement de la chaine.

Frein de chaTne

La troyonneuse DCS 9000 est equipbe en serie d’un frein de chaine a declenchement &acceleration. En cas d’un choc de recut (Kickback), pouvant se produire en heurtant par inadvertance la pointe du rail-guide de la chaine sur le bois, le frein de chaine est automatiquement enclenche.

La chaine de sciage est interrompue pendant une fraction de seconde.

Le frein de chaine n’est prevue que pour des cas d’urgence et pour le blocage de la chaine avant le demarrage.

Enclencher le frein de chaine (bloquer)

Lors d’un choc de recut, I’inertie de la masse du protege-main (W3)provoqueI’enclenchementautomatique du frein dechaine.

Lors d‘un enclenchement manuel le protege-main (W3) est pousse par la main gauche en direction de la pointe du rail-guide de la chaine (fleche 1).

Liberer le frein a main

Tirer le protege-main (W3) en direction de la poignee en etrier (fleche 2) jusqu’a son enclenchement. Le frein a frein est libere.
