QUICK START REHEATING AND COOKING CHART

Meat	2 cups	3 -	4 rain.	Place in microwave-safe dish.
Chili, stews				Cover. Stir halfway through
				cooking time.
Hamburgers,	1 serving	1/2- 1 rain.		Place on microwave-safeplate.
meat loaf slices	2 servings	1 -	2 rain.	Cover with paper towel.
				Turn over once,
Poultry	2	1 -	2 rain.	Heat on microwave-safeplate,
Chicken pieces	4	2 -	3 rain.	Cover with wax paper. If fried,
				cover with paper towel.
Chicken, turkey,	3 - 5 oz	1 -	2 min.	Heat on microwave-safe plate.
