SPINAT, GORGONZOLA OG PINJEKERNE PIZZA

ca. 280 g frosne spinatblade – optøet og tørre 100 g revet Mozzarella ost

125 g smuldret Gorgonzola ost 1/2 dl pinjekerner

1 løg, Skiveskåreret

2 fed hvidlåg, fint hakket

1 Spsk hvidløgs olie Oliven olie efter behov

1.Opvarm Deres Pizza Bager til 230°C.

2.Svits løgene i olie indtil de bliver bløde. Tilsœt hvidløg og svits i 2 minutter. Til- sœt spinat bladene og svits i 3 minutter. Fjern gryden fra kogepladen og lad det køle ned.

3.Pensel pizzabunden med hvidløgsolie og put spinat blandingen på til sidst.

4.Strøg ost og pinjekerner på inden De sœtter den ind i Pizza Bageren.

5.Bag i Deres Pizza Bager i 8 – 12 minutter.

PIZZA SNACKS

400 g. tomatsovs

2 Spsk. hakkede løg 1/2 tsk. Oregano 1/2 tsk. hvidløgs salt 1/2 tsk. Basilikum 500 g Mozzarella ost 10 halverede boller

1.Opvarm Deres Pizza Bager til 230°C.

2.Bland tomat puré, løg og krydderier, og lad det simre i 10 minutter.

3.Skœr 10 tynde skiver af mozzarella osten og put en skive på bollen

4.Put bollen ind i pizzabageren (4 – 5 stk. af gangen) lad dem stå indtil osten begynder at smelte.

5.Åben ovnen og lœg 2 Spsk sovs ovenpå hver bolle og strøg reven mozzarella ovenpå.

6.Luk låget og lad dem bage ydeligere 2 – 5 minutter.

CALZONE (indbagt pizza)

Nok til 2 store portioner.
