NEAPOLITANISCHE PIZZA

für zwei 32 cm Pizzen

3 dosen italienische Tomaten (420 g.) Tomatenpüree (160 g.)

1 Tl. getrocknetes Basilikum

1 Tl. Oregano 1/2 Tl. Rosmarin

0,7 l geriebener Mozarella

500 g italienische Wurstmischung

0,1 l geriebener Parmesankäse

2 El. Olivenöl

1.“Pizzabäcker” auf 260 Grad vorheizen.

2.Tomaten, Tomatenpüree und Kräuter mischen. Die Tomaten in Stückchen zerte- ilen und unter Rühren erwärmen, bis sie kochen.

3.Die zerkleinerte italienische Wurstmischung mit etwas Öl in einer Pfanne er- hitzen. Das Fleisch bräunen und die Flüssigkeit abgießen, dann vom Feuer nehmen.

4.Nach dem Ausrollen den Teig mit Öl bestreichen und die Hälfte der Füllung auf jede Pizza legen. Zuerst die Tomatensoße, dann das Fleisch und zum Schluß den Mozarella.

5.Die Pizza mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Wender aus Holz auf den Stein legen und 8-12 Minuten backen - je nachdem, wie knusprig der Boden sein soll, und abhängig von der Dicke des Bodens.

6.Wenn die Pizza fertiggebacken ist, ist die Pizza herauszunehmen und Parme- sankäse zu bestreuen. Dann die zweite Pizza zubereiten.

ACHTUNG! Zur Abwechslung können auch andere Zutaten wie z.B. Pepperoni, Zwiebelringe, Oliven, Paprikaschoten, Salami oder Champignons verwendet wer- den.

200 g Tomatensoße

1 zehe Knoblauch - gehackt

1 Tl. Oregano

1 Tl. Basilikum

1 feingehackte Zwiebel

1 rote, in Scheiben geschnittene Paprikaschote

0,05 l schwarze, in Scheiben geschnittene Oliven

0,35 l geriebener Mozarella

0,2 l in Scheiben geschnittene Pepperoni

1 El. geriebener Parmesankäse Olivenöl
