PESTO PIZZA

Die Pestosoße kann auch in anderen Rezepten verwendet werden. Sie kann in einem geschlossen Behälter mehrere Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.

0,4 l ganze, frische Basilikumblätter

3 zehe Knoblauchzehen

0,1 l Pinie kerne

0,1 l geriebener Parmesankäse

0,05 l geriebener Romanokäse

0,4 l geriebener Mozzarella

0,2 l geriebener Provolonekäse

0,1 l Olivenöl

1.“Pizzabäcker” auf 230 Grad vorheizen.

2.Basilikumblätter, Knoblauch und Nüsse in einen Mixer geben und mischen. Dann Parmesan- und Romanokäse hinzugeben und nochmals mixen. Olivenöl hinzugeben und umrühren.

3.Mit einer Gabel einige Löcher in den Pizzaboden stechen und den Boden mit Öl bestreichen. Den Mozzarella und den Provolonekäse zuunterst auf den Boden geben. Leicht mit Öl beträufeln.

4.Die Pizza 8-12 Minuten im “Pizzabäcker” backen.

5.Wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist, die Pizza herausnehmen und die Pestosoße darüber verteilen. Mit etwas Parmesankäse bestreuen.

für zwei 32 cm Pizzen

175 g dünne Scheiben Proscutto Schinken - in Streifen geschnitten 175 g dünne Scheiben Salami - in Streifen geschnitten

175 g Ricottakäse

0,1 l geriebener Provolonekäse

0,2 l dünne Zwiebelscheiben

8-10 sonnengetrocknete Tomaten in Öl - Tomaten fein hacken 1 El. frischer Knoblauch - feingehackt

0,05 l frische Petersilie - gehackt

2 El. frisches Oregano - gehackt

0,15 l Olivenöl

1.“Pizzabäcker” auf 230 Grad vorheizen.

2.Zwiebeln in Öl glasig dünsten, in eine Schüssel geben und abkühlen lassen. Die Käsesorten und das Fleisch in die Schüssel geben. Die gehackten Tomaten, Knoblauch, Petersilie und Oregano unter Rühren hinzugeben.
