Olivolja efter behov.

1.Blanda musslor, vin, soltorkade tomater, vitlök och skalottelök i en stor stek- panna. Täck över och koka tills muslorna öppnar sig - det tar ca 4 minuter. Tag bort musslorna, kassera dem som inte öppnar sig.

2.Tillsätt de hackade tomaterna, den rivna citronskalen och den krossade rödpepparen. Låt det skjuda på svag värme tills såsen blir tjock.

3.Tag ut innanmätet av musslorna och lägg dem i en skål.

4.Värm Pizzamakern till 200°C.

5.När såsen är tjock tillsätts räkorna och schalottenlöken. Låt det koka i 3 minu- ter. Tag bort den från plattan och låt stå i 10 minuter. Tillsätt slutligen musslorn- as innanmäte under omröring.

6.Pensla pizzabotten med olja och baka i ca 5-7 minuter.

7.Tillsätt Mozzarellaosten och basilikum i såsen under omröring

8.Fördela såsen på pizzabotten och strö på Parmesanosten.

9.Baka i Pizzamakern i 5-7 minuter.

SPENAT, GORGONZOLA OCH PINJENÖTTER PIZZA

Räcker till 2 st 32 cm pizzor

Pizzadeg Grundrecept ”VANLIG PIZZADEG” ca 280g frusna spenatblad - tinade och torkade. 100g riven mozzarellaost.

125g söndersmulad gorgonzolaost. 1/2 dl pinjenötter.

1 lök, skivad.

2 klyftor vitlök, fint hackad.

1 msk vitlöksolja. Olivolja efter behov

1.Värm Pizzamakern till 230°C.

2.Bryn löken i olja tills den blir mjuk. Tillsätt vitlök och bryn i 2 minuter.

Tillsätt spenatbladen och bryn i 3 minuter. Tag bort pannan från kokplattan och låt den kylas av.

3.Pensla pizzabotten med vitlöksoljan och lägg på spenatblandningen.

4.Strö på osten och pinjenötter innan pizzas sätts in i Pizzamakern.

5.Baka i 8-12 minuter.
