1 Gulerod – skåret i strimler

125 g friske champignons – skåret i skiver

2 dl skiveskårede oliven – grønne eller sorte

1 fed hvidløg – fint hakket

1 tsk. Oregano

200 g Tomatsovs Oliven olie efter behov

1.Opvarm Deres Pizza Bager til 230°C.

2.Brun kødet og hœld fedtet fra. Tilsœt løg, hvidløg og grøntsager. Sauter indtil guleroden bliver blød. Tilsœt tomatsovs, oliven og oreganoen under omrøring. Lad det simre i 5 minutter.

3.Forbered 2 32cm pizza bunde. Pensel med olie.

4.Fordel halvdelen af fyldet på halvdelen af hver pizza bund. Fold den anden halvdel af bunden over og klem kanten sammen med en gaffel.

5.Lav et par huller i toppen af den indbagte pizza så dampen kan komme ud.

6.Bag i Deres Pizza Bager i 8 – 12 minutter. Bunden skulle vœre sprød og toppen gylden brun.

FOCACCIA

Focaccia er et krydret brød som er meget populœrt i Italien. De kan lave mange vari- ationer og spise det uden noget fyld eller med f.eks. groft salt eller løg ovenpå.

1.Ælt de ønskede ingredienser ind i dejen: Ost og sauteret løg, Oliven og frisk basilikum, Reven Parmesan ost med pepperoni stykker.

2.Rul dejen ud så den får 32cm diameter og lad den stå i 20 minutter.

3.Opvarm Deres Pizza Bager til 200°C.

4.Pensel med olie. Hvis man ønsker det kan man strøg hakket løg og grov salt på.

5.Bages i 10 – 15 minutter. Når de er fœrdige bør toppen vœre sprød og gylden brun.

RESTER

Deres Pizza Bager er ideel til at genopvarme pizzarester fra dagen før. Opvarm ovnen til 170°C og placere resten på stenen. Lad det bage i 3 – 4 minutter hvorefter det skulle vœre klar til severing.

De kan også bruge Deres Pizza Bager til at varme andre fødevarer med end pizzaer: Grillet oste-sandwiches, bagels, kød eller frugttœrter, kager, croissants, rundstykker eller muffins.
