Insert the cleaning container

Place one combination cleaning tablet "COMBI-Tabs" or the content of one AMC powder bag in the empty clean- ing receptacle. Replace milk container with cleaning receptacle (place both milk intake lines in the cleaning con- tainer). Leave the milk cooler door open.

6.3Maintenance log

The service technician from Customer Sup- port maintains the maintenance log for the installation and subsequent maintenance work.

For this purpose he enters the necessary data into the table cells in chapter «12 "Ser- vice Technician" maintenance log, 12 - 1».

The cleaning container is filled and then rinsed six times (cleaning contain- er emptied).

7.Once the cleaning operation is over, the following message will appear...

8.Replace cleaning container with full milk container. Close milk cooler door.
