2.2Basic safety instructions

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Depending on the type of danger, instead of STOP, one of the following symbols could be combined with the word WARNING.

•Warning of electric shock.

•Warning of heat.

CAUTION

•The CAUTION symbol stresses important instruc- tions. Failure to observe these instructions could lead to damage to the equip- ment or to other material as- sets.

!Level 3

NOTE

•Notes contain additional in- formation aimed at raising the general level of safety and at lightening the user’s workload.

2.2Basic safety instructions

2.2.1Proper use

2.2.1.1General

Proper use includes, in addition to the spe- cific provisions set out below, observing these Operating Instructions and comply- ing with the supplier’s obligatory mainte- nance and repair instructions.

2.2.1.2c5 coffee maker

The c5 coffee maker is used solely to dis- pense coffee products, coffee and milk combined products, hot water, steam and to heat and froth milk.

No other use of the c5 coffee maker will be deemed to be proper.

2.2.1.3Installed EF milk cooler

The installed milk cooler is used exclusively to keep milk cold.

No other use of the installed EF milk cooler will be deemed to be proper.

2.2.1.4cw cup warmer

The cw cup warmer is intended solely to keep cups warm.

No other use of the cw cup warmer will be deemed to be proper.
