Frequently asked questions

Why does the food cool so fast when heated or cooked with Microwave?

In the microwave, food begins to cook from the outside first, the inside of the food relies on the transfer of heat. If food is cooked at a high power level it is possible that the heat may not have reached the center of the food. At the temperature equalization time the food will become hot in the inside and warm on the outside. When heating a meal, select a lower power level and a longer cooking time.
