light goes on.
The indicator light shows
that the dryer is not
operating at its most
efficient or economical.
Possible causes: Blockage
by lint or detergent
residues.
As a rule, it is sufficient to
clean the lint screens.
Should that not be
sufficient, then check all
possible causes listed
under "The drying cycle
goes on too long or even
switches off."
Cancelling test message:
Open and close door
The dryer vent duct may be
too long, which is not a
dryer fault.
Pay attention to length
and diameter when
making duct calculation.

Too long a vent duct will
result in longer program
times and higher energy
consumption.
You can deactivate the
Filter/Vent indicator lights
(see section on
"Programmable functions").
Cancelling a
program
Filter/Vent indicator
light goes on.
The buzzer sounds.

Open and close door
Start a program.

comes back, call
