UC360 Administration and User Guide

Multiline Support

In order to support the multi-line conference, you need to program the multi-call feature in the MCD.

1.Select the Keys tab under User and Device Configuration.

2.There must be at least four lines (prime + 3 others) so that the UC360 can support confer- ence calls. The following fields must be programmed:

-Label: Any string

-Line Type: Multicall

-Button Directory Number: Same as your DN

-Ring Type: Ring.
