Setting Privacy for Each Java Application
After a given Java application requests access to
the location of your pho ne for the first time, you
have the opportunity to set the GPS privacy
options for that J ava application.
1From the main menu, sele ct Java Apps.
2Scroll to the application or suite of applicat ions
you want to set the privacy options for.
3Press m.
4Select Permissions.
5Select the privacy options you want fo r this
application:
• Always — The application alwa ys has
permission to access the location of your
phone, without notifying you.
•Ask — When the application re quests access
to the location of your phon e, you are
prompted to grant or de ny permission (see
“Granting or Denyin g Permission” on pa ge
115).
• Never — When the application requests
access to the location of your phone, the
request is denied witho ut notifying you.
