Ring and Vibrate

These icons indicate ho w the ringer is set.

These icons may appear at the same time.

Ring and Vibrate

To set your phone to ring and vibrate when you

receive phone ca lls or call alerts:

1From the main menu, sele ct Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Scroll through the list of ring tones and highlight

the one you want to assign.

4Press m.

5Select Assign w/Vibe.

6Select the features you wan t to set to ring and

vibrate.

7When you are finished, press A under Done.

This icon S appears on the display.

Assigning Ring Tones to Contacts

You can set the ring tone your phone ma kes when

you receive phone calls or call alert s from

someone you have stored in Contacts .

1From the main menu, sele ct Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Scroll through t he l is t of r i ng t on es a nd se l ect the

one you want to assign.

4Select A Contact.

5Select the Contacts en t ry you want t o as sign the

ring tone to.

Viewing Ring Tone Assignments

1From the main menu, sele ct Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Highlight any ring tone.

4Press m.

5Select Overview.

6Scroll to view ring ton es assigned to features

and Contact entries.

QThe phone always vibr ate s in st ead o f ma king

a sound.

RThe phone vibrates instead of making a

sound for phone calls.

uPrivate calls, gr oup calls, and SDG calls are

heard through the earpiece, not the speaker.
