DTMF Tones

Your phone can send Short or Long Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) tones for calling card calls or other automated touch-tone calls.

To set up DTMF tones:

> u Settings > Call > DTMF Tones

Note: Network/Service dependent.

During a call, dial the next number and press, then press again.

Text entry

When you need to enter text (such as in a text message), you can use the keypad. Your phone changes to a text entry mode, indicated by an icon at the top of your screen.

To set your preferred text entry mode, press Options > Entry Mode, then select the entry mode.

To change capitalization, press * to switch and select the option you want.
