Adding or Editing VoiceTags to Features in Your Quick Access Menu

Youcan assign a VoiceTag to each of the 9 QuickAccess Menu features.
1. Fromyour quick access configuration menu, highlight the featurethen press (.
2. Select the Add or Edit Voice Tagoption and press (.
3. Whenprompted, say a Tag name. If there is a matching VoiceTag, the communicator
repeatsthe name and displays the entry.
4. Whenrecording is successful, your communicator displays a message thatthe tag has
been stored and returns to the Quick Access Setup menu. If recording is no t successful,
yourcommunicator prompts you to record the Tagagain.
ImportantNotes:
Ifany one of the 9 Quick Access features has a VoiceTag assigned to it, and you attempt
todisplay the Quick Access menu while wearing your headset, youneed to say a tag
nameor your communicator returns to the Standby screen.
Ifyou are not wearing your headset, your communicator prompts for a tag name, then
displays the Quick Access menu after a few seconds.

Delete VoiceTag

Note: This option is not displayed if there are no Voice Tagsto del ete.
Highlightthe Quick Access that has the VoiceTag you want to delete then press(.
