Add Entry
Allowsyou to add a phone number and name to the communicator’s(phone) memory or
toSIM card memor y.
1. Whenprompted, enter the phone number, name and a location number.If you do not
specify a location number, the entry is stored in the next available location.
2. Thecommunicator then asks if you want to enter a VoiceTag. For informationabout Voice
Tags,please see “Add Voice Tag”onpage 30.
3. If you don’t want to add a VoiceTag, press ).
CheckCapacity
Useto check the number of free Phone Book or SIM card memory areas. From thesubmenu
you can:
•CheckPhone Capacity and Check SIM Capacity - displays the phone and SIM capacity.
PreventAccess
Selectto prevent access to your Personal Numbers list.
Note: Youwill not be able to record VoiceTags if you choose to prevent accessto phone
memory.
•ToSIM Card Memory, ToPhone Memory, ToPhone & SIM Memory, No Memory
Restrictions- You can preventaccess to your SIM card memory, the communicator’s
memory,both, or cancel all access restrictions. Tochange restrictions, follow the
instructionsgiven by the communicator.
