Quick Access Menu

Whilethe features in your communicator are available

througheasy-to-use menus, some of the most

commonlyused features are also available inthe Quick

Access menu. Each feature in the menu is assigned a

locationnumber from 1 to 9.

Press $to displaythe Quick Access menu. The menu

shownin the example represents some of the featuresyou can set up in your Quick Access

menu.

Withappropriate setup, you can use a Quick Access feature by:

•Pressing ]andsaytheVoiceTagname.

•Pressing $then enter the locationnumber.

•Pressing $then use !to highlight a menu optionthen press (to select it.

EachQuick Access feature is represented byan icon. A selected icon has a dark background.

Youcan change the featuresand the positions of the features in the Quick Access menu.

Adding Location Numbersto Features in Your Quick Access Menu

1. Fromthe Phone Setup menu, select the Quick AccessSetup menu. Your communicator

displaysa list of features to choose from.

2. Use !to scroll to the featureyou want to add then press (.

3. Select “Assign Keyto Feature”andpress(.

4. Whenprompted, press any number from 1 to 9 to store the feature in that location.
