Convert All	Convert the Calendar and all its
	appointments to the current time
	zone.
Erase Old	Delete appointments that have
	already passed.
Erase All	Delete all appointments.

1Press the Center Select Key (P) (MENU) to open the menu.

2Use the Directional Key (N) to scroll to

Î Settings & Tools and press the Center Select Key (P) (OK).

3Scroll to Tools and press the Center Select Key (P) (OK).

4Scroll to Alarm Clock and press the Center Select Key (P) (OK).

5Scroll to Alarm 1, Alarm 2, or Alarm 3, and press the Center Select Key (P) (OK).

Your phone shows the SET ALARM screen, with On highlighted. To turn off the alarm, press the Left Soft Key (O) (Set), scroll to Off and press the Center Select Key (P) (OK).

6Scroll to the time field and press the Left Soft Key (O) (Set). On the SET TIME screen, press the Directional Key (N) left or right to highlight the hour, minutes, or AM/PM. Press the Directional Key (N) up or down change each field. Press the Center Select Key (P) (OK) to save the alarm time.

7Scroll to the next field and press the Left Soft Key (O) (Set) to set the recurrence (number of times the alarm should occur). Scroll to Once, Daily,
