MQ PS4030 SAW — TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOM		POSSIBLE CAUSE		SOLUTION
		Emergency Stop Button pushed in?		Pull out E-Stop Button.
Will not start, no power with key "ON".		Battery disconnected or discharged?		Check cable connections, charge
				or replace battery.
		Ignition switch/wiring defective?		Replace ignition switch. Check
				wiring.
		Fuel not available in fuel tank (tank		Fill with correct type of fuel.
		empy)?
		Fuel filter/lines clogged?		Replace fuel filter or fuel lines.
Will not start. No fuel present.
		Fuel tank cap breather hole clogged?		Clean or replace fuel tank cap.
		Air in fuel line?		Bleed fuel line.
		Injection valve clogged or defective?		Clean or replace.
		Wrong fuel type?		Flush fuel system, and replace
				with correct type of fuel.
Difficult to start, "fuel is available and
		Contaminated fuel system? (Water, dirt)		Flush fuel system.

		Air cleaner dirty?		Replace air cleaner.
