CORC015

Once the boat is in the water, visually check for water leaking at the stuffing box. There should be no leakage from the optional “dripless stuffing box” while a conventional stuffing box must drip a moderate amount of water to properly lubricate the drive shaft. If the “dripless stuffing box” is leaking or water is coming in rapidly with the conventional stuffing box, pull the boat out of the water and have your Nautique dealer service the stuffing box.
