Single

Camera takes one picture each time shutter-release button is

pressed.

 

 

 

 

Camera takes pictures continuously while shutter-release button is

Continuous

held down. Pictures are recorded at rate of about three frames

every two seconds. With E3200, camera records three pictures

 

when image mode is set to b Normal (2048), and with E2200, six

 

pictures when image mode is set to c Normal (1600).

 

When shutter-release button is pressed all the way, camera takes

 

sixteen consecutive images at rate of about three frames every two

seconds. With E3200, up to five series of images can be taken, and

with E2200, one series can be taken. The sixteen images are

 

arranged in four rows of four images and saved as a single picture.

 

Image mode is fixed at b Normal (2048) with E3200 and at c

 

Normal (1600) with E2200.

 

 

Restrictions on Camera Settings

At settings other than Single, the flash (Q24) turns off automatically and focus (Q20), exposure (Q67), and auto white balance (Q65) for all photos are determined by the first picture in each series. When Multi-Shot 16 is selected, digital zoom (Q18) can not be used. Multi-Shot 16 can not be selected when digital zoom is in effect. BSS (Q69) is available only at a setting of Single.

Continuous

At settings other than Single, the current "continuous" setting is indicat- ed by an icon in the monitor.
