Organizing Your Pictures: The Folders Menu

Image size is measured in pixels. At a given image quality setting, smaller image sizes require less space to store, making them suitable for electronic distribution. Consequently, the larger the image, the larger prints can be made without loss of detail.

Print Size

The size of images when printed depends on the resolution of the printer (the higher the resolution, the smaller the final print size). The approximate size given above assume a resolution of around 300 dpi (dots per inch).

Folder name can include uppercase letters (“A”-“Z”), numbers and spaces.
