F Color Options

Make colors more vivid or record pictures in monochrome.
The effects of the selected option can be previewed in the monitor. At settings
other than Standard color, the icon for the current setting is displayed in the
monitor (A8). Monitor color tones also change depending upon the setting.

There may be functions with which this setting cannot be enabled. See “Camera Settings that

nStandard color (default setting)
Use for pictures exhibiting natural color.
oVivid color
Use to achieve a vivid, “photoprint” effect.
pBlack-and-white
Record pictures in black-and-white.
qSepia
Record pictures in sepia tones.
rCyanotype
Record pictures in cyan-blue monochrome.
