Selecting Certain Types of Images for Playback

You can change the playback mode according to the type of images you want to

view.

Available Playback Modes

c

Play

A30

 

All images are played back. When you switch from shooting mode to playback mode,

 

this mode is selected.

 

 

 

 

h

Favorite pictures

E4

 

Only images added to albums are played back. Images should be added to albums

 

before selecting this mode (A5).

 

 

 

 

F

Auto sort

E7

 

Images are automatically sorted into categories, such as portraits, landscapes, and

 

movies. You can play back images in a specific category only.

 

 

 

 

C

List by date

E9

 

Only images captured on the same date are played back.

 

Switching Between Playback Modes

1 Press the cbutton in full-frame or thumbnail playback mode.

The screen used to select a playback mode (the playback mode selection menu) is displayed.

2Use the multi selector Hor Ito select a playback mode and press the kbutton.

If you select Play, the playback screen is displayed.

When an option other than Play is selected, the album, category or shooting date selection screen is displayed.

To return to the current playback mode without switching playback modes, press the cbutton.

3Select an album, a category or a shooting date and press the kbutton.

For C List by Date Mode, see E9.

Repeat the procedure from step 1 to select an album, category or shooting date again.
