C Number of Images That Can Be Saved

The following table lists the approximate number of images that can be saved on a 4 GB memory card. Note that due to JPEG compression, the number of images that can be saved may vary greatly depending on the image content, even when using memory cards with the same capacity and the same image mode setting. In addition, the number of images that can be saved may vary depending on the make of the memory card.

If the number of exposures remaining is 10,000 or more, the number of exposures remaining display shows “9999”.

To check the number of images that can be saved in the internal memory (approx. 25 MB), remove the memory card from the camera, and then check the number of remaining exposures displayed in the monitor when shooting.
