Playing Back Pictures (Playback Mode)

Press the c(playback) button.

The last picture taken will be displayed in full-frame playback mode.

Drag the current picture left or right to display the previous or next picture. Drag your finger quickly across half of the monitor or more to skip past the previous or next five pictures. Tap the monitor to stop at a picture as it slides past.

Pictures may be displayed briefly at low resolution while being read from the memory card or internal memory.

Press the Abutton or shutter-release button to switch to shooting mode. Pressing the b (emovie-record) button will also return the camera to shooting mode.

When playing back pictures stored in the cameras internal memory, Cis displayed. When a memory card is inserted in the camera, Cis not displayed and images stored on the memory card are played back.

CWhen the Monitor Has Turned Off to Save Power

When the power-on lamp is blinking, press the cbutton to turn the monitor back on (A158).

CPressing the cButton to Turn On the Camera

When the camera is off, holding down the cbutton will turn the camera on in playback mode. The lens will not extend.

CViewing Pictures

Pictures taken using face detection (A41) or pet detection (A70) will be rotated and displayed automatically in full-frame playback mode, based on the orientation of the faces detected, except pictures taken using Continuous, BSS, and Multi-shot 16 ( A54, 70), or the subject tracking
