cWelcome Screen

Tap the bottom tab (A150) MTap z(Setup menu) McWelcome screen

Choose whether or not a welcome screen is displayed when the camera is turned on.

None (default setting)

The camera enters shooting or playback mode without displaying the welcome screen.

COOLPIX

The camera displays a welcome screen and enters shooting or playback mode.

Select an image

Displays an image selected for the welcome screen. When the Select image screen is displayed, select an image and tap I.

• In the Select image screen, tap nor rotate the zoom control to g(i) to switch to full-frame playback and tap oor rotate the zoom control to f(h) to switch back to 9-thumbnail display.

•As the selected image is saved by the camera, it will be displayed when the camera is turned on even if the original image is deleted.

•Images captured at an Image mode setting (A45) of l4608×2592, and copies created at a size of 320 × 240 or smaller using small picture (A126) or the crop (A127) function, cannot be used.
