Specify the orientation in which recorded pictures are displayed with playback. Still pictures can be rotated 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees counterclockwise. Pictures that were recorded in portrait (“tall“) orientation can be rotated up to 180 degrees in either direction.

1	Select a picture in the full-frame
	playback mode (A 78), tap the
	bottom tab to display the setting
	controls, and tap M.
	The retouch menu is displayed.
2	Tap f.	Retouch
	The rotate image screen is displayed.	Rotate image

3Tap Jor I.

Rotate image	J	Rotate image	I	Rotate image
	I		J

Rotate 90 degrees	Rotate 90 degrees
clockwise	counterclockwise

The picture rotates 90 degrees.

Tap I to finalize display orientation and save the orientation information with the picture.

To exit without rotating image, tap J.
