cWelcome Screen

Tap the bottom tab (A 146) Mz (Setup menu) McWelcome screen

Choose whether or not a welcome screen is displayed when the camera is turned on.

None (default setting)

The camera enters shooting or playback mode without displaying the welcome screen.

COOLPIX

The camera displays a welcome screen and enters shooting or playback mode.

Select an image

Displays a picture selected for the welcome screen. When the Select image screen is displayed, select a picture and tap I.

• In the Select image screen, tap n to switch to full-frame playback and tap o to switch back to 9-thumbnail display.

•As the selected picture is stored in the

camera, it will be displayed when the camera is turned on even if the original picture is deleted.

•Copies created at a size of 320 × 240 or smaller using the crop (A 123) or small picture (A 122) function cannot be selected.
