During the following work, ensure that dust is not unnecessarily spread around, Wear a P2 breath- ing mask.

CAUTION! In the case of asbestos abatement wear additional single- use clothing.

Never use the vacuum cleaner without a filter.

1.Switch off the vacuum cleaner and pull the mains plug out of the socket.

2.Open the retaining clamps

(A)and remove the up- per section of the vacuum cleaner.

Removing the filter element:

3.Using the enclosed tool (C), turn the filter holder (D) anti- clockwise and remove it.

4.Carefully remove the filter element.

5.Clean the filter seal (B). Check it for damage and re- place it if necessary.

6.Place the protective filter bag over the filter element.

7.Carefully remove the filter element and close the pro- tective filter bag with a knot.

8.Dispose of the used filter element in accordance with legal regulations.

Inserting the filter element:

9.Using the enclosed tool, attach the filter holder and turn it clockwise to lock it.

10.Attach the upper section of the vacuum cleaner.

11.Close the retaining clamps

(A). Ensure that the retain- ing clamps fit properly.
