Voice mailboxYour service provider ma y offer you a voice mailbo x service,
which you have to install before you can receive voice
messages. To access this mailbox, you may need to save the
number to your car phone. Your service provider will give you
further information on thi s service and let you know th e
number of your voice mailbox.
Voice mailbox number
To enter your voice mailbox number:
XWith the display in standby, press .
XScroll to Settings, and press .
XScroll to Voice mailbox, and press .
XScroll to Voice mailbox number, and pr ess .
XUse the Navi wheel number editor to enter the number.
XIf you select an incorrect n umber, press to delete it.
XTo save the number, press OK in the Navi wheel number
editor, or press .
Note
Press and hold t o dial your voice mailbo x direct.
Listen to voice messages
To listen to voice messages:
XWith the display in standby, press .
XScroll to Settings, and press .
XScroll to Voice mailbox, and press .
XScroll to Listen to voice messages, and press .
GPRS modem settings (network service)You can use your car ph one as a modem to enabl e GPRS
connectivity. Note, however , that you need a GPRS access point
to do so. Contact your network operator or service provider for
information.
To use GPRS:
yYou must subscribe to the GPRS service of your network
operator or service provider.
yFor the relevant information on the availability of GPRS and
the necessary settings, contact your network operator or
service provider.
yYou must save the settings required to use GPRS
applications to your car phone.
To set up a GPRS access point:
XWith the display in standby, press .
XScroll to Settings, and pr ess .
XScroll to GPRS modem, and press .
XTo set up a n ew GPRS acc ess point o r to chang e an existi ng
one, press again.
