Example 1
V Value = 3A (12') = 12'
H Value = 4B (8') + 1C (3') = 11'
V Value = Total length of all vertical sections in feet.
H Value = Total length of all horizontal sections in feet.
Note:
❖For H & V values for 45º venting see Chart IV
❖Elbows are not counted in H or V values
❖Vent chart starts from the top of the unit
❖No restrictors are necessary for hori- zontal termination applications.
