VHS

(1)Scheduled recording indicator (Accessories) (l 52) On:

When a scheduled recording program is registered and recordable tape is inserted.

Flashes:

When it turns out that the unit cannot record a scheduled recording program (e.g. there is no tape, etc.) in the period between 2 minutes before the scheduled recording program starts and the end of the scheduled recording program.

(2)Recording mode indicator (l 51)

SP: When recording or playing in Normal mode.

LP: When playing in Long play mode.

EP: When recording or playing in Extra long play mode.

VP: When recording or playing in 5-time (Long play) mode.

(3)TV indicator

The indicator lights during the TV mode and it goes out during the VCR mode. You can switch the mode by using [VCR/TV]. (l 20)

The operation status of the unit, such as playback or fast- forward, is displayed.
