Basic Operation

Switching the Phone On/Off

Toswitch the phone on or off Z+Hold E

Whenthe phone is switched on a greetingwill be displayed and then the

phonewill go into Idle.

Making a Call

Ensurethat the phone is switched on, the network operator logo is

displayedand the signal strength meter shows network coverage is available

inthe current area.

International Dialling

Usingthe automatic international access code (+)

youwill be able to dial international numbers

withouthaving to know the code for the

internationalexchange.

Ifthe international number is known then it can be

enteredin the normal fashion followed by the area

codeand phone number.

2 Useeto cycle through the abbreviated

internationalnames ZQ

tochoose therequired code

3 Enterarea code and phone number

Note:Many countries / regions includean initial “0” in the area code. This

should,in most cases, be omitted when dialling international numbers. If

youhave difficulties making international calls, contact your Service

Provider.
