Automatische Antwoordvertraging selecteren

U kunt instellen hoeveel seconden het belsignaal klinkt voordat gesprekken automatisch worden beantwoord, indien u een koptelefoon gebruikt. Dit programma wordt alleen weergegeven indien “Automatische Antwoordmodus instellen” wordt ingesteld op “INT/CO” of “ALLEEN INT”.

OPMERKING:

Als u “INT/CO” of “ALLEEN INT” instelt op de Automatische Antwoordmodus (Handset programmering) en de koptelefoon aansluit, zal uw toestel automatisch inkomende gesprekken beantwoorden. Als u uw Handset (HS) achterlaat met aangesloten koptelefoon, zullen de volgende problemen zich voordoen.

1.De HS zal gesprekken ontvangen en de kosten zijn voor de beller ook al beantwoordde u het gesprek niet persoonlijk.

2.Zelfs als de beller het gesprek verbreekt, zal de DECT-lijn verbonden blijven totdat u het gesprek handmatig verbreekt of totdat de batterij leeg is. Dit is afhankelijk van de lijn. De centrale kan ook verbonden blijven met het netwerk. Houd rekening met het volgende;

a)Stel de instelling “INT/CO” of “ALLEEN INT” alleen in op de Automatische Antwoordmodus indien noodzakelijk.

b)Als u de instelling “INT/CO” of “ALLEEN INT” gebruikt in de Automatische Antwoordmodus en u neemt de koptelefoon af, trek dan de insteekplug van de koptelefoon eruit.
