UTILISATION DU RÉPERTOIRE

Il existe 5 types de fonctions répertoires.

Répertoire Poste DECT:

Vous pouvez mémoriser 100 noms et numéros de téléphones personnels de correspondants externes. Les noms sont mémorisés par ordre alphabétique.

PABX Répertoire de numérotation abrégée système:

Vous pouvez passer un appel via le système en sélectionnant un nom et un numéro de téléphone attribué au système. Pour mémoriser les noms et numéros (500 max), contactez votre installateur final.

PABX Répertoire de numérotation poste:

Vous pouvez passer un appel via le système en sélectionnant un nom et un numéro de poste attribué au système. Pour mémoriser les noms et numéros, contactez votre installateur final.

PABX Répertoire de numérotation abrégée poste:

Vous pouvez passer un appel en sélectionnant votre liste de noms et numéros de téléphones privée.

Répertoire raccourci :

Vous pouvez mémoriser les numéros de fonctions pour le PABX.

Vous pouvez mémoriser des numéros de fonctions directes (raccourcis) pour le menu de programmation du poste DECT.

REMARQUE:

•Le code d’accès aux lignes réseau doit être entré pour mémoriser le numéro de téléphone d’un correspondant dans le répertoire de numérotation abrégée système du PABX, alors qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de l’entrer dans le cas du répertoire poste DECT.

•Il n’est pas possible d’éditer ou d’effacer des paramètres

dans les répertoires de numérotation abrégée système ou de numérotation poste.

• Utiliser F 3 ( effacer) pour supprimer chacun des caractères ou numéros.

•Utilisez la touche F 1 ( gauche) ou F 2 ( droite) pour déplacer le curseur et modifier ou entrer un caractère ou un numéro.

•Appuyez sur la touche pour sortir du mode répertoire.
