VERWENDUNG DER TELEFONBUCH-FUNKTIONEN

Es gibt 5 verschiedene Arten von Speicherwahl-Funktionen.

Mobilteil-Telefonbuch:

Im Mobilteil können bis zu 100 individuelle Namen und zugehörige Rufnummern von externen Teilnehmern gespeichert werden. Die Speicherung der Einträge im Telefonbuch erfolgt in alphabetischer Reihenfolge.

TK-Systemkurzwahl:

Anrufe können auch unter Verwendung der im TK-System gespeicherten Namen und Rufnummern durchgeführt werden. Zum Speichern von Namen und Rufnummern (max. 500 Einträge) wenden Sie sich bitte an den Errichter Ihrer Telefonanlage.

TK-Nebenstellenverzeichnis:

Über das Mobilteil können auch Anrufe durchgeführt werden, die als Ziel die Namen im Nebenstellenverzeichnis der TK-Anlage haben. Zum Speichern von Namen und Rufnummern wenden Sie sich bitte an den Errichter Ihrer Telefonanlage.

TK-Kurzwahl (persönlich):

Eine weitere Möglichkeit der Kurzwahl ist die Nutzung des in der TK-Anlage verfügbaren persönlichen Kurzwahlspeichers für Namen und Rufnummern.

Kürzelverzeichnis:

Sie können hiermit Funktionsnummern für die TK-Anlage speichern. Sie können auch Funktionsnummern für das MT-Programmiermenü speichern. Nähere Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie bitte der Ergänzungsanleitung zum Bedienungshandbuch KX-TD7590CE.

HINWEISE:

•Beim Speichern von Rufnummern für externe Teilnehmer in der persönlichen Kurzwahl muss eine Amtskennziffer mitprogrammiert werden. Dies ist bei der Systemkurzwahl nicht erforderlich.

•Die Einträge in der TK-Systemkurzwahl und im TK- Nebenstellenverzeichnis können nicht geändert oder gelöscht werden.

•Um einzelne Buchstaben oder Ziffern zu löschen, drücken Sie

F 3 ( löschen) .

•Wenn Sie beim Speichern einer Nummer eine Ziffer oder einen Buchstaben ändern wollen, können Sie den Cursor mit den

Tasten F 1 ( links) bzw. F 2 ( rechts) auf das betreffende Zeichen führen.

•Zum Beenden des Telefonbuch-Modus drücken Sie .
