USING THE DIRECTORY

There are 5 types of directory features as follows.

PS Dialling Directory:

You can store 100 private names and phone numbers of outside parties. All directory items are stored in alphabetical order.

PBX System Speed Dialling Directory:

You can make a call via the system by selecting system assigned names and phone numbers. To store the names and numbers (500 max.), consult your dealer.

PBX Extension Dialling Directory:

You can make a call via the system by selecting system assigned extension names and numbers. To store the names and numbers, consult your dealer.

PBX Station Speed Dialling Directory:

You can make a call via the system by selecting your privately-assigned names and phone numbers.

Shortcut Directory:

You can store feature numbers for the PBX. You can store shortcut numbers for the PS programming menu. See the KX-TD7590 User Manual Addendum for details.

NOTE:

The CO line access code must be entered to store a phone number of an outside party in the PBX Station Speed Dialling Directory. It is not required in the PS Dialling Directory.

It is not possible to edit or erase items in the PBX System Speed Dialling and PBX Extension Dialling Directories.

Use F 3 ( delete) to delete each character or number.

Use F 1 ( left) or F 2 ( right) to move the cursor to change or enter a character or number.

Press to exit Directory mode.
