Using the Caller List

Viewing the Caller List

You can view the caller list with the handset or the base unit. Caller List information includes the caller’s phone number, the time and date the call was received, and the number of times that caller called (p. 33).

Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.

With the handset

Press (Å) or (Ä) to enter the

Caller List.

The display will show, for example, the following.

With the base unit

Press (Å) or (Ä) to enter the

Caller List.

You can go to the directory list by pressing FWD/EDIT (É) (p. 46).

To search from the most recent call, press (Å).

To search from the oldest call, press (Ä).

To scroll between callers, press

(Å)or (Ä).

To exit the list, press

(FUNCTION/EXIT/CH).

The handset will return to the standby mode.

To exit the list, press

(STOP/EXIT).

The base unit will return to the standby mode.

*Caller’s name and phone number are stored in the directory (—Private name display).

If “No items stored” is displayed, the Caller List is empty.

While you are viewing the Caller List with the handset, another person cannot access the list using the base unit, and vice versa.
