U s i n g t h e M o s t C o m m o n K e y s

The keys listed below are the most commonly used.

Key	Description
	Returns you to the previous screen.
	Moves the cursor the left and deletes the character on the left.
	Accepts your selection.

çgègégê Scrolls left, right, up, or down through the options on the display.

	When your selection is highlighted, press		.
çgèg	Left and right move the cursor inside an entry. When inside an
çg	entry,	ç moves the cursor to the extreme left (beginning of

èdata) and è moves the cursor to the extreme right (end of data).

Toggles between upper case and lower case/numeric.

	Enters Caps lock.
Ins	Toggles between overwrite mode and normal mode. In overwrite
	mode, when you type, it replaces characters.

The icons listed below tell you what data entry mode you are in.

If you see	You are in
F	Function Key Mode.
é	Upper-case Alpha Mode.
X	Delete Mode. Pressing	deletes the current character.
	Caps Lock Mode.
